Terms & Conditions for Dumpster Rentals

This contract is between Dumpster Worx (the "Business") and Customer (the "Client") dated as of the date of estimate/invoice creation. Terms are subject to change.


TERMS OF LEASE

Dumpster Worx will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be provided on the day requested when using our online ordering software. You must call by noon to schedule a same day swap out or pick up or a $75 same day service fee will apply. Additional days on your rental period will be $10 Per Day, starting on the 8th day until the roll-off is picked up.

Billing:
Long Term Rentals will be charged a tip fee (that corresponds with the correct size bin) at the beginning of ever dumpster drop off. There will be a daily charge of $5.00 per day. The Dumpster "rental" will be billed on a 28 day billing cycle.

Short Term Rentals will be charged a tipping fee (that corresponds with the correct size bin) at the beginning of every dumpster drop off. There will be a daily charge of $10.00 per day. The dumpster “rental” will be billed on a 28 day cycle.

Weekly Rentals will be charges a fee that will include the tipping fee and daily rental fee as one charge. That will vary depending on size of bin and type of waste being disposed.

Additional Charges:

All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, Dumpster Worx shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer authorizes Dumpster Worx to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer.

Exceeding stated weight allowance will result in an additional charge of $70 per ton (for construction debris) and $100 per ton (for household waste), billed to the next 1/10th of a ton.

Household waste is in addition to stated C&D pricing,

Additional dumps are available. The new dumpster or swapped dumpster is held the same standards as the original dumpster, with regards to allowable weights and lengths of time.

Allowable Weights per Bin Size
13 yard - 2,000lbs included ($70 for C&D and $100 for household per additional 2,000 pounds - billed in 1/10th increments) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 10,000 lbs or more

20 yard - 4,000lbs included ($70 for C&D and $100 for household per additional 2,000 pounds - billed in 1/10th increments) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 10,000 lbs or more

30 yard - 5,000lbs included ($70 for C&D and $100 for household per additional 2,000 pounds - billed in 1/10th increments) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 10,000 lbs or more

Any weight above the max tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge can range from $100 to up $425 per occurrence. Blocking or impeding retrieval of a roll-off on the agreed collection date will result in a dry run charge of $100.

Cleaning due to loading of restricted or hazardous materials may be billed at a 3rd party rate plus a reasonable markup. Mattresses will be $50 additional, each item.

If you fail to contact us the day prior to your scheduled pickup a dry run charge of $75 will be added to the invoice. You may contact us by emailing us at rentals@thedumpsterworx.com or calling/texting 252-289-1366. Confirmation is required.
If the dumpster is overloaded either by weight or protruding debris over the top of the fill line (the top rail of the dumpster) a dry run charge of $100 will be added to the invoice and supplemental charges with regards to additional days.


Waste Material

Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc.

Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste

Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. Dumpster Worx shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.

Acknowledgement

Customer acknowledges that Dumpster Worx shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from Dumpster Worx trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment. Customer agrees to the aforementioned and following terms by accepting a dumpster.

Payment Terms

Prepayment at the time of reservation is strongly suggested but not required by debit card or credit card, Dumpster Worx will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance. Dumpster Worx reserves the right to keep a running invoice and bill as needed. This agreement will serve as a Credit card authorization for any further charges.

By accepting the dumpster, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to terms listed in the entirety of the contract.

Terms

Payment is due upon invoicing. Lates fees are accessed on a case by case basis.

Credit Card Authorization

You agree to Dumpster Worx LLC to charge the card on file for overages, damages, or any terms of the contract that are broken.
